All Fine Art Prints are shipped via Australia Post. Tracking information is provided to you once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping

Amelia Schremmer offers complementary free standard delivery Australia wide. Express shipping is also available for a fee of $19.95 when you want your prints delivered ASAP.

International Shipping

Amelia Schremmer does not offer international shipping at this time.

All Fine Art Prints are shipped via Australia Post. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. These times reflect Australia Post's estimated domestic delivery times. You can find more information at

Amelia Schremmer takes meticulous care in the dispatching process and takes all reasonable measures to ensure all Fine Art Prints are delivered in excellent condition, in a timely manner.


As the world continues to be impacted by COVID-19, subsequent shipping delays are occurring. We have no control over the timeframe in which your order will be delivered. All we can do for you is to restate the information provided by Australia Post. 


Amelia Schremmer is not liable for any disruptions to Australia Post's delivery service or any orders that do  not arrive within the estimated times.

Dispatching times

Dispatching times depend on stock availability. Most A4 sized prints will be dispatched within 2 business days. Larger sized prints may take up to 4 business days to be dispatched as they are printed to order and dispatched directly from Amelia Schremmer's distributer.

Uncollected parcels

We are unable to ship your artwork again for free if your parcel was uncollected from your local post office or if the address or other information provided at checkout was incorrect.

The cost to reship unclaimed artwork varies between states and territories. Items can be reshipped for prices starting at $12.30.


GST is included in the price. You will not pay any additional tax fees.


If there is an issue with your order, Amelia Schremmer is committed to ensuring it's resolution.


If something has gone wrong, Amelia Schremmer will personally handle communications with customers and do everything she can to make things right.

Fine Art Prints are very delicate. Amelia Schremmer's quality control and sanitary standards are meticulous to ensure all prints arrive with the highest possible quality. Only if the prints are unhandled and in their original packaging, will they be eligible for return as most prints cannot be re-sold upon return.


If returned prints are deemed unfit upon inspection for any reason, Amelia Schremmer reserves the right to deny a refund.

As per Australia’s consumer protection laws, shipping fees on any and all returned items within good faith are not covered by Amelia Schremmer. Only faulty products, not covered under consumer guarantee, will be reshipped at Amelia Schremmer's expense.


Amelia Schremmer is not liable for goods once they are in the possession of the collector. It is not our duty to refund, exchange, replace or compensate by any means for the damage of products that have been mishandled by customers.

As guaranteed under consumer protections, compensation for damage is only due if damaged products are received when impacted by postal services and/or faulty products have been dispatched.

Amelia Schremmer is not liable to compensate customers who do not read the provided information before purchase.
